Extraordinary acts of small business banking: Hydrogen’s “Nobody works harder for you” integrated ad campaign for Sterling Bank used tv ads, radio, print advertisements and digital stories to highlight the problem-solving power and skills of Sterling's bankers.  The campaign celebrated the true tenacity of Sterling employees in what became both a message and a rallying cry. The results: A 4x increase in those willing to switch to Sterling Bank and a 17% increase in the number of households banking with Sterling during the time Hydrogen Advertising handled their business. Sterling Bank was acquired by Umpqua Bank in 2013.

Sterling Bank Olympics digital media campaign
Because Sterling wasn’t an official sponsor, there were no rings. And no mention of the Olympics. Hydrogen created a series of animated banner ads that played off the Hydrogen-created Sterling Bank theme line: “Nobody works harder for you.” The results: Over 2.6 million bonus ad impressions, double-the-standard for click-through, Webby Award winner.
