On Wednesday evening, February 20, the Puget Sound chapter of the Public Relations Society of America honored “Don’t Just Look Away”—Hydrogen’s innovative campaign for Family Services—with a Totem award at their annual gala. The campaign featured an “army” of life-size cut-outs of real children holding signs dramatizing the plight of homeless families. Not only did it receive top honors in the category of “Public Service–Associations/Non-Profit Organizations,” it garnered broadcast and print media coverage, while raising more than $455,000 for Family Services.
